Take a gentle pause from the busyness of life and gift yourself two hours of pure nourishment for your body, mind, and soul.

Join us for a heart-opening afternoon of ceremonial cacao, nature meditation, soothing sound, and healing reiki — a restorative experience designed to bring you back to calm, connection, and inner peace.

This special gathering marks my first collaboration with the wonderful Zoe, whose sound bath and reiki will weave beautifully with the grounding energy of cacao and guided meditation. Together, we’ll create a space that feels both deeply relaxing and gently transformative.

You don’t need any experience, just come as you are. Allow yourself to be held in stillness, to soften, and to reconnect with the magic within.

💫 What to expect:

• A welcoming cup of ceremonial cacao to open the heart

• A guided meditation to settle the mind and body

• A deeply restorative sound bath and reiki experience

• A closing moment to integrate and ground

You only need to bring a bottle of water with you, everything else will be provided. Obviously you’re welcome to bring anything you wish to make you extra cozy lying down for the meditation and sound bath.
