July will be a deeply nourishing Releasing Cacao Ceremony on Saturday 19th July in the tranquil setting of St Marks, Ampfield. This sacred gathering is a gentle invitation to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your heart, and realign with your inner truth.

Working with the sacred plant medicine of ceremonial cacao, we’ll move through a powerful journey of reflection, release, and renewal — supported by a nature based guided meditation, journal prompts, optional sharing circle and community connection.

Whether you're holding onto old stories, emotional blocks, or simply need time to reset and soften, this ceremony offers a safe, welcoming space to let go and come home to yourself.
